With public hospital emergency departments struggling to cope, the objective was to provide patients with the options to assess their level of illness before going to the emergency department and offering alternative treatment centre options.

From outdoor, press, radio and online, initially targeted at Brisbane’s Northside, this initiative has now gone statewide.
